Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly fantastic! The room, service, and location were all top-notch, making it a great choice for a romantic getaway. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with weak value for money. Despite that, overall, it was an excellent stay.
The hotel is in a prime location, at the end of the main street in Lybn, close to everything. The rooms are spacious with dark curtains providing an impressive mountain view. The staff is lovely and very friendly, but there are some issues with overcrowding in the reception area. The dining options are abundant and tasty, with an impressive selection for dinner.
The hotel is in a superb location in Svalbard, offering views of the fjord and a short walk to shops. While the rooms were clean and had some amenities, they lacked the expected suite experience and showed signs of a previous guest. The service was friendly and competent, but some aspects like breakfast options may need improvement. The dining was fantastic, despite limited variations. Overall, good value for money amid a unique cold setting.
My stay at the hotel was top-notch! The location was superb, right in the heart of the city center with all shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were very good, perfect for my G Adventure tours. The dining experience was fantastic with a very nice breakfast selection. The only downside was the noise from the digging machine outside due to a canceled plane connection, starting work at 7 am.
